POLICY INFORMATION AND SECURITY

Guarantee - We guarantee quality materials and workmanship in order to insure your satisfaction. Live birds are guaranteed for three (3) days in order for you to have it examined by your veterinarian. Requests for refunds on live birds will only be honored if said bird is diseased or malformed, at the time of sale, as determined by our veterinarian. Only weaned birds are sold. Any special permits or other requirements are the responsibility and expense of the purchaser.

 

Return Policy:
Merchandise is accepted for return within seven (7) days as long as it’s returned unopened or unused. Request a return authorization. Merchandise, such as nest boxes and show boxes and all other product which could introduce disease to your Feathered Friends is NOT returnable. Custom orders are also NOT returnable.

Pricing:

All prices are in U.S. Dollars ($US). Deposits on birds are only accepted after a bird is at least two (2) weeks old. Minimum deposits on birds are twenty-five (25) percent of the selling price. Full payment is required before delivery of a bird or product for which a deposit has been accepted.

We very seldom have any customer disputes. Should you have any questions or problems with any product you order and or receive from us, please contact us directly and will "Make it Right"... We value our customers and your satisfaction is our goal.

 

How will I receive orders?

You will be notified by E-Mail once you place your order and it is approved for payment.

Orders are shipped as soon as stock is pulled and sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Show boxes, nest boxes, and custom orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Purchaser will be notified of any expected delay and has the option of canceling the order.

Live birds will only be shipped if a direct transfer to the new owner can not be accomplished. Shipment of birds will be via air, counter to counter, at the purchaser agreed upon expense, prepaid.
