The bathroom has a sky light and plenty of storage space. The kitchen has a double sink, 3 burner stove with oven, a microwave oven and excellent fridge and freezer. All appliances work very well. Ducted air conditioning and heat. Stereo radio, CD player with remote wired speakers, remote control. Color TV with remote control.
It has an 8 x 10 garage with manual winch for heavy loads. Winch can be operated with electric drill for ease in handling. There are two large storage closets with shelves in the garage.
Many extras come with this unit. There are load levelers, a sway bar, an electric jack (extra manual jack included) and draw bar included with the hitch. All hoses and sewer set up come with this unit.
It has 4 new “E” rated tires and rims with less than 200 miles of use. Four extra tires and wheels also included.
